If we treat all students as if they are gifted, and always look at them through that lens of being gifted in at least some aspect, they will rise to that level of expectation. This also applies to the way we look at ourselves. Believe in yourself :D

"Leadership is communicating people's worth and potential so clearly that they are inspired to see it in themselves." - isn't this also the essence of great teaching? :)
