My student helpers! Very sweet girls.
Chocolate Chip Cupcake (approximately 15 cupcakes based on cup size 50)Ingredient A
150 gm butter
200 gm brown sugar
2 eggs
Ingredient B
240 gm self-raising flour
30gm cocoa powder
100ml milk
20gm chocolate chip
1tsp chocolate paste
Ingredient C
150 gm butter
150 gm icing sugar
250 ml water
1 tsp vanilla essence
Procedure 1
Beat ingredient A till smooth. Add flour and milk, mix well. Lastly add chocolate chips and chocolate paste. Pour mixture into mould/cup, half filled. Bake at 180 degrees celcius for 25-30 mins or golden brown.
Procedure 2
Mix ingredient C till smooth and add few drops of colouring to form different coloured butter cream. Pour into piping bag for easy usage.
*Bonus*
Bread and Butter pudding. EXTREMELY YUMMY-LICIOUS!!!! (ermm.. recipe not available at the moment.... will update will update!)
Really VERY yums. hahaha!
