The little dot over a lowercase letter "i" or "j" is called a tittle.
A sentence that uses all 26 letters of the alphabet at least once is called a pangram.
Eg. "The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog."

#75. The best thing you can do for the whole world is to make the most of YOURSELF.
A lovely folktale from the country of Tanzania.
We've Got To Save Them!
A powerful lesson from.. Monkeys
Rains heavier than anyone could remember continued for weeks that year, and soon rivers were overflowing their banks, flooding was rampant, and animals of every kind were fleeing for the safety of the hills.
But the waters ran so fast and strong that many of the beasts were caught up in the currents and drowned.
Except, that is, for the monkeys, who were quick and agile enough to leap up into the trees and avoid the powerfully rushing waters.
From their vantage point above the river, the monkeys stared wide-eyed at the turmoil below and soon noticed fish everywhere -- darting to and fro, leaping, sometimes almost seeming even to fly over the water.
Seeing this, one monkey called out to the others: "Those poor unfortunates! They haven't been as blessed and lucky as we are to be saved from the flood. They have no legs to get away and surely they are doomed unless we help them. It's our DUTY to save them."
The other monkeys agreed: "Yes, since we have been so fortunate we now must rescue the others. See how they struggle to flee the water! Let's go down to the river's edge and pull them out of their terrible predicament."
And so they did. No matter how the fish flipped and flapped, the monkeys bravely and tenaciously kept on pulling them from the water and laying them tenderly on the grass to rest.
Before too long, one monkey noticed the hundreds of fish lying quietly all around and with a feeling of satisfaction and perhaps even a bit of pride he whispered to his companions, "Look how well we have done. They are exhausted from their ordeal. But if we had not come along and known just what to do, so many of these poor legless ones would have drowned."
"Yes," replied another of the monkeys. "They even tried to resist us and get away because they simply couldn't see that we only wanted to help and were acting in their best interests. But just wait until they wake up! Then they'll be so grateful that we were here to save them."
What thoughts came to your mind after reading this folktale?
"You have no right to use your will power upon another person, even 'for his own good,' for you do not know what is for his good." -Wallace Wattles.
Everything happens for a reason. I truly believe so. It's been amazzzzinggggggg! New knowledge always come to me at perfect timing! (: Like how the above story reached me today! For your information, it had been left as an unread email in my inbox (of a rarely used account) for more than 3 months *oOops!* but somehow, something made me want to open this mail today, revealing to me a useful and apt passage. Why apt? I was not very encouraged today while teaching some of my students.... felt like an auntyyyy (*shucks!*) having to naggggg at my kids and teens, who stillllll insist on doing things their way, which is not giving them the results they deserve. How to help them improve? How to make them give me their hand? Question mark question mark question mark QUESTION MARK???? :p
Gladly, the above story and Wallace Wattles' words provided some comfort. I don't have to force my students. Whatever I'm sharing with them will reach them at their own perfect timing. Just love them anyway. I always do! :D
It's a lot harder for someone to be in conflict with you when you offer no resistance and don't need to insist on being right :-)
"The very best thing to do is to show the right way in your own person and practice. An ounce of doing is worth a pound of theorising. The very best thing you can do for the whole world is to make the most of YOURSELF."

#74. Trust the voice within.
Trust your own instinct no matter what people might say about you, no matter what criticisms or what negativity might come your way. Just be who you are.
Be yourself.

Be yourself.
A song written about trusting your own instinct...
The Voice Within by Christina Aguilera.
Young girl don't cry I'll be right here
When your world starts to fall, ohh
Young girl it's alright
Your tears will dry
You'll soon be free to fly, ohh
When you're safe inside your room, you tend to dream
Of a place where nothing's harder than it seems
No one ever wants or bothers to explain
Of the heartache life can bring and what it means
When there's no one else
Look inside yourself
Like your oldest friend just
Trust the voice within
Then you'll find the strength
That will guide your way
You'll learn to begin to
Trust the voice within
Young girl don't hide
You'll never change if you just run away, ohh
Young girl just hold tight
Soon you're gonna see your brighter day, ohh
Now in a world where innocence is quickly claimed
It's so hard to stand your ground when you're so afraid
No one reaches out a hand for you to hold
When you're lost outside, look inside to your soul
When there's no one else
Look inside yourself
Like your oldest friend just
Trust the voice within
Then you'll find the strength
That will guide your way
If you will learn to begin to
Trust the voice within
Ohh, yeah, ohh, hey, ohh
Life is a journey
It can take you anywhere you choose to go
As long as you're learning
You'll find all you'll ever need to know
(Be strong)
Break it
(Hold on)
You'll make it
(Be strong)
Just don't forsake it because
(No one can tell you what you can't do)
No one can stop you
You know that I'm talking to you
When there's no one else
Look inside yourself
And like your oldest friend just
Trust the voice within
Then you'll find the strength
That will guide your way
You'll learn to begin to
Trust the voice within, oh yeah
Young girl don't cry
I'll be right here
When your world starts to fall
"Trust yourself. You know more than you think you do."

#72. Change.
For things to change, I must first change.
To get what you've never had, you must do what you've never done.
Look for things you weren't seeing before.
Feel the things you weren't feeling before.
Ask the questions you didn't know to ask before.
Life is limitless.
Live with COURAGE, gratitude, love, inspirations and PASSION.

#71. I think therefore I am.
What goes on in your mind?
This is powerful! :)
"I am the master of my fate. I am the captain of my soul."
- Invictus. - William Ernest Henley.
This is encouraging and motivating!
"Develop an attitude of gratitude and give thanks for everything that happens to you, knowing that every step forward is a step toward achieving something bigger and better than your current situation." - Brian Tracy.
This is assuring!
Believe deep down in your heart that you are destined to do great things.
Now, the secret to youthfulness!
"Cheerfulness and contentment are great beautifiers and are famous preservers of youthful looks." - Charles Dickens.

#70. Are you doing what you love?
It's always a pleasure to chat with and learn from successful people around me and I totally give thanks for the privilege!
Everything happens for a reason.
Behind every successful businessman/entrepreneur, is a series of obstacles and challenges. They are often flooded with negative and non-supportive words. However, because they choose to press on and focus on their goals and dreams, they succeed and prove the negative people around them wrong. Every single thing you do now is a stepping stone and every little step brings you closer and closer to your goal. Do your best wherever you are right now.
Are you prepared to hang on tight, no matter what it takes? You need to pay a price for everything!
You don't need others to give you assurance. You need to assure and believe in yourself. Live with a no ceiling mindset and you are sure to go very far.
Always remember, you must believe in yourself. Be confident of your capabilities.
"No one can make you feel inferior without your consent." - Eleanor Roosevelt.
Hope these words will remind and encourage all to stay focused and be determined to achieve our beautiful dreams! All the way!
"Commitment leads to actions. Actions bring your dream closer." - Marcia Wieder
Another great positive day! Love it :D
